I was in town visiting my sister. We went for ice cream. I got a banana royal, but as soon as I got outside to the car I dropped it in the parking lot. I was so sad. The workers felt bad so they replaced it. Great customer service.

The girl who helped us was very nice and the service was good. She deserves 5 stars for working in this filth.When we sat down, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. Wow, the place is filthy. I don't mean messy and need to be wiped down. I mean, it is disgusting and needs a deep clean. The corners and edges need to be scrapped, and all the chairs and tables need to be cleaned. It looks like this place hasn't been cleaned in years. It needs a very good deep cleaning. Yuck! ?

There was a metal shaving in my ice cream (see next to spoon) that cut my mouth. Told the girl behind the counter and all she said was that they were closing soon, didn’t even take my information. You have a responsibility to your customers safety! Do better

Rude man that works / owns place ice cream suppost yo be fin happy he ruined it for me on top of that 9.70$ for 2 scoops are you joking honestly had he not been rude like he was I may not care I asked for 2 scoops he says " I'll have to charge you " No s*** really ? He was condescending go to cold stone Dairy Queen across street go anywhere else . I work 12 hours today just wanted to treat myself .on top you lied I checked your prices you over charged me double ! But you know that your hand packed are 7,99$ so why would mine have been almost 10$ for dishonest after I even called you to have you make it right I want my money back your dishonest and stole from me.

Started off fine, she barely filled it and put loads of hot fudge, also barely put toppings. Which is fine but I come here practically every day and it's NEVER this bad. At that point I was upset but it didn't matter enough to download this app and write a review. Then I find a HAIR. AT THE BOTTOM OF MY ICE CREAM. It's only this one employee i've ever had a problem with, she's young and asian so if she's working turn around lol. Never coming back

We came all the way to the store.. it is snowing and freezing outside.. all chairs were on the table and give feeling that they about to close even they closing at 10pm and it is 7:30pm.. disappointing!!

There were three young girls working yesterday, and they were so rude! The waffle was very stale and the price point for a small scoop is ridiculous. We threw away most of our ice cream because it was such a disappointing experience overall.

One of our boys asked for a mint chip ice cream cake with chocolate cake for his birthday. I figured the best option was to have it made at BR to get everything he wanted. Photo on the left is what I ordered, clearly a fondant icing, and pale color with gray beading along the bottom. More clean lines and mature colors. The bow tie is sharp lines and also molded out of fondant. I get there and the cake on the right is what was ready. It was hideous. Looked like some ugly ocean cake they globbed on a sort of bow tie. Complete wrong colors that stained everything so bad it wasn’t even funny. The guy working was clearly embarrassed to be giving it over and I didn’t want to take it. Who orders the left and wants the right? He called his manger and she said I could leave without or just take a few followers off. Like $6 off a $40 cake! Party was in about two hours. I had no choice. He said, the photos aren’t theirs and not done by them. Like by BR at all. So they can’t say they will look like what is in the picture. So why put them up?! FYI, don’t go by their custom photos and think you will get what you are hoping for. You might get garbage and they won’t care. Go anywhere else; and it will be better. Especially for the price and size. Terri le experience. Terrible manager on Saturday the 21st of may on call.

Didn't realize I left my wallet till I was about to pay (for 2 single scoops). I tried to come up with a solution , Apple Pay or providing the card info for her to enter and she just said no we don't take that. I'm looking at her like, ok your just going to throw the cone away why don't you offer to give to me and keep me as a customer happy leaving your store? Nope, I left sad back home no ice cream. Make sure to bring your wallet and be ready for ppl with no common sense.
