The girl who helped us was very nice and the service was good. She deserves 5 stars for working in this filth.When we sat down, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. Wow, the place is filthy. I don't mean messy and need to be wiped down. I mean, it is disgusting and needs a deep clean. The corners and edges need to be scrapped, and all the chairs and tables need to be cleaned. It looks like this place hasn't been cleaned in years. It needs a very good deep cleaning. Yuck! ?
I stopped by after a 10 hour day for a simple banana split and what they made me was a hot fudge sundae with bananas and call it a banana split for 8.00! I said to the kid working "Hey where is the pineapple and strawberry?" His response was "We don't have any pineapple or strawberry" I said "Well I wish you would have said something because I would have ordered something different" he looked at me and said "I asked you if you wanted hot fudge" I said "Yeah but a banana split...read full review

I was in town visiting my sister. We went for ice cream. I got a banana royal, but as soon as I got outside to the car I dropped it in the parking lot. I was so sad. The workers felt bad so they replaced it. Great customer service.
