Very sweet woman brought us our cake order, her lovely wonderful attitude really took some stress out of our day. And a HUGE shoutout and thank you to the decorator - the cake was somehow better than the photo. Friendly staff, decent quality ice cream, felt like good value for the money, but man— this place needs to be cleaned up. It doesn’t look like a mop has touched the floor in months, tables were disgusting, signage/walls are covered in melted/dried ice cream and various smears. It makes me sad that people were that messy to begin with, but it needs to be cleaned up.

I was in town visiting my sister. We went for ice cream. I got a banana royal, but as soon as I got outside to the car I dropped it in the parking lot. I was so sad. The workers felt bad so they replaced it. Great customer service.
