Totally disappointed in the inept staff - took forever to get two drinks, and out of 4 meals , only 1 arrived correctly to our table. Right fish, but wrong sauce, wrong sides on all 3 - a true disaster. No acknowledgement of a celebratory event, even though I was asked TWICE - on registration, and by the greeting hostess.

The food needs some work. All of the food is just saturated in butter and tastes like butter and garlic. A menu change would do them good. Service sucked, our waitress took forever to take dirty dishes and empty glasses and never brought the bread we asked for. Atmosphere needs an update. Don't think we will be going back.

Was hoping to share my experience with the restaurant instead of a public post but there is no private forum to share feedback. 1/16/26 Went for the lunch, everything was overpriced. We had to ask for the lunch menu as it was not given to us as we were sat during lunch hours. Ordered the lunch burger just cheese and lettuce, sauce on the side. First burger came out no cheese no sauce just a burger and bun. Asked for the burger I ordered and was given a regular burger at this point i was not going to send back ,then I cut open the burger the burger was medium rare lots of pink. I was never asked for my burger temp which was medium well or well. I could not eat the burger and did not want to complain so just took it to go so I could throw it away somewhere else. The lunch came with a side I ordered the Ceasar salad it came covered in parm, I scooped off as much as possible and still my entire salad was covered in parm and was inedible so traded my mom for her corn chowder soup. She also could not finish salad and the corn chowder was meh and fishy, plus an extra charge that was not listed on the menu. We left more than half the salad and most of the soup as it was all NOT good! I guess we should have ordered off the regular menu at $30 plus for each entree.because the lunch prix fix was not good . (Fish and chips were ok) The kitchen and the waitress offered to correct my order and that was the only thing they did right. BUT I should not have had to send food back twice and pay full price . My honest opinion 2/10 & the 2 was for the service not the food. Server,bartender and all staff did a good job, so we tipped 25% but will never go back and cannot recommend to anyone else. Bonefish you should have an email or other form of communication for feedback like this. You are corporate. do better and maybe you will get more returning guests
Service and cocktails were great! Entrees were delicious. Only complaint was the complementary bread is soft and used to be crusty 😢

The restaurant was really busy which was great and our server was amazing even though she was super busy. We never felt neglected or forgotten. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Dan was on point but the food was lacking. There was a blonde hair on our table as well as a dog hair. My bench seat was crumby. As the highest rated GOOGLE reviewer in the US and a local business owner of 36 years I have to say this location fell flat
