Happy Pho is a must-try! This great little restaurant is super clean, has incredibly friendly staff, and serves high-quality, delicious food. The beef carpaccio is absolutely to die for—one of the best I’ve ever had! You can tell they take pride in everything they do. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!
