We ordered dessert to go at the end of our meal. I got my dessert but our server forgot my husband's cheese cake. We didn't want to waste time and gas going back. So irritating. Some got a free piece of cheese cake on us.

I had the mahi-mahi with shrimp, garlic whipped potatoes, and coleslaw, my wife had the imperial cod, garlic whipped potatoes, and coleslaw. All was good except the coleslaw, which had a bitter off taste. Service was good. A little on the pricey side.

It is truly sad when the atmosphere is the highest rated part of the review and brings the average up a star.Unfortunately, this rater had to re adjust based on the latest experience. Dirty glasses, incorrect orders, missing servers, and a forced sorry all while no leader in aight to check in or help with issues.Last time this family will support this restaurant.

We eat here several times a year and always get takeout, the Bang Bang family tacos dinner. So good! Was disappointed the last time couple of time. Something is always wrong. This time we showed up exactly at the time it was supposed to be ready and after waiting for 15 minutes, we went inside to learn that our food was sitting there getting cold. No offer to make it right just the excuse their systems not working correctly. I'm not exactly sure how you can look an order that is ready and not think maybe somebody is waiting for it, not look outside and see if there's a car sitting in the curbside to go but whatever. This was a 442 pick up so it's not like it was a busy time. The food was good as usual, but needed to be warmed up. The time before this, they didn't put all the food in the bag. Glad we're good tippers. I'm leaving this detailed review with the hopes that maybe you can make some improvements. Maybe just let everyone know they need to come inside.
