Drive-thru is a joke, they mess up our orders every time we come through there. Do you guys even read your reviews cuz this happens all the time and it's like you guys don't even give a shit, the kids there are rude

We come to your place, typically at least, once a week. We deal with the same issue every time. We order 1 chicken sandwich and 2 rodeo cheese burgers, with the special request of add cheese. You gladly charge us for the cheese, which is fair. What isn't fair is that you never add it. It happens at all of your littleton locations. Finally, when we brought the food back in this evening, we were told by the employee that it is not his problem. After some arguing, the manager finally refunded our money on that food. This is about the fact that you charge us for it every time, but never deliver. We will also be making a complaint to corporate. Stop charging for it if you are never going to add it. The charges have certainly added up for never getting the product. It's enough.

I always love coming to this BK!! I have had a couple of issues, but none of them were their fault, but they worked to get it fixed as fast and as amazingly as possible, this is definitely a BK I always keep coming back to!!! Highly recommend!!

Please stop over microwaving the breakfast sandwiches lol it goes from too soft to hard as a rock. There has to be a bettter way. Not even edible.

Consistently running out of stuff and seem annoyed and impatient when you try to figure out what you would like instead of the item they do not have asking incessantly "is that it?' Also have to wait a long time and jump through hoops for someone to take your order at the counter inside. Employees here can not be bothered to do their job including the manager who walked by a line of people at the counter waiting to order multiple times looking for the "order taker" who was outside on a cigarette break. All the tables in the dinning room needed wiping down and the floor needed sweeping. Had a much better experience at the Quincy/Wadsworth location. Recommend highly that you go there instead.

I recently visited this Burger King location and encountered a concerning issue. Despite informing the staff about my cheese allergy, my food appeared to have had cheese scraped off rather than being prepared without it, resulting in an allergic reaction with rashes, hives, and digestive issues. This is the second incident this month where cheese was still present on my order after specifying my allergy. The manager on site did his best to address the situation, which I appreciated. However, given the potential severity of allergic reactions, I believe more should have been done for me as a customer and also to prevent this from happening again. I urge management to implement better training or procedures to ensure customer safety.

Dietary restrictions: You need to really emphasize any restrictions or allergies you may have, otherwise they will overlook them.
