We had a high school fundraiser scheduled for this evening at your location. Unfortunately, none of the staff were aware that there was a fundraiser even though this event had been planned months in advance. The lack of communication between the manger and staff is unacceptable . The fact that you don't have standard operating procedures in place for an event like this is unprofessional and poorly reflects on you as a manager.
