Food and soup were delicious!! Service was a little slow. However, my sandwich was cold and soup was hot so no complaints. My husband and I enjoyed it so much that we went back the next day and tried different flavors!

Great food and great staff! We enjoyed the Fancy Nancy and the chicken poblano soup! It was so great that once we were finished eating we ordered a quart of the soup to go!

This place is sooooo good!!! I've tried all of their different chicken salads and they are amazing. My favorite is the Barbie Q. I'm hooked. Service is amazing and really nice clean atmosphere.

The chicken salad melt truly melts in your mouth. Super friendly and everything is so good loaded baked potato soup was also delicious. You can’t go wrong with this place!

This place has the best sandwiches! I got the chicken salad melt .. yummm.. the soup was good the cake was delicious the service was amazing , quick, friendly. Resturant was clean . HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

My mom and I order to-go and both of us had food poisoning the next day. I am 34 weeks pregnant and ended up going to the hospital for dehydration. When we called to talk to a manager, the person was very rude in answering the phone and said it would be a minute before a manger would be able to talk. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then gave up. Very disappointing. Would not recommend going and their customer service was awful.

I recently stopped by the new Chicken Salad Chick, and I'm absolutely blown away! This place offers so much more than I expected. The variety of chicken salad flavors is incredible—there’s truly something for everyone, whether you’re into classic flavors or want to spice it up a bit.

The food quality is top-notch. Every bite tasted fresh and delicious, and it’s clear they use high-quality ingredients. I was also pleasantly surprised to find some vegetarian options on the menu, so i was able to join my husband for this tasty experience.

The service was the icing on the cake. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and more. The whole experience was wonderful, and I can’t wait to go back soon! Chicken Salad Chick has definitely earned a loyal customer in me.

We are here a few weeks and thought it was just ok so decided to give it another chance today. Staff were friendly and helpful. Chicken salad and potato soup were good. I ordered a salad and was constantly picking out wilted greens. The mac and cheese side was overcooked and mushy. My high schooler, who usually finishes his food plus anything I can’t finish, too two bites and left the rest so that’s really saying something. A little sad because I had really been looking forward to this opening.

10/19/24- I was super glad we decided to stop by this place for a snack. I love chicken salad and wanted to see how good a place could be that specialized in it. The one negative thing about this place was several of the staff seemed to be confused/put off by my mother and I wanting to split a meal. We weren't hungry, just snacky, and wanted to try their food. We did get our order and the size to cost ratio was good with good quality for the most part. Their basic chicken salad was a little bland, but fine after I added pepper to it. The Fruity Fran salad was super good and it made me want to go back to try their other flavors. Also their watermelon tea was really good with just the right level of flavor.
