I ordered an online order and the portions are half the size compared when I order in store. I definitely won't make that mistake again. There was literally 3 bites of carnitas in my bowl. Sad day!! Do better Chipotle.

I'm going to be so real, this is a fabulous chipotle. The wonderful girl named Alex was so awesome and every time I go here it's SO good. I can tell the people working here care and I'm so happy I moved close to a Chipotle that's smashing. Thank you Alex for making the best chipotle bowl ever!
The bad reviews are from silly, grumpy people, and this chipotle is always poppin and people always seem to be enjoying their food.
I bought a burrito bowl, I ordered extra everything, individually, watched him put it on. Still didn't reach the top of the bowl. Like, what? I watched this in real time, double meat, all the way down the line.
When I sat down to eat it, I quickly realized the Large bag of chip I purchased.. had the quantity of chips for a handful. A handful. One. And some of them are stale 🙄. Meats cold, whole thing is barely above room temperature. If I wanted to be poisoned by tweens I would do so for free? Like c'mon chipotle, the bar isn't high, Atleast show up

I’m sorry to even write this review because I hate to be this person but Honestly I don’t know what’s so hard about getting an order right. Don’t get me wrong I understand that stuff happens and not everything can always be correct. BUT every time I have ordered from here it’s been wrong every single time. And then when you call and try to connect with someone it refuses to let you through. Also, the customer service chat is no help. I am beyond frustrated with this location. And I cant even get my money back because no one will answer. So if you want to get incorrect orders every time and then not get your money back or an answer definitely order from here!!
