The food is just basic Chipotle food, nothing surprising there. But service is always terrible and extremely slow. There's a long line all day everyday, and the people are really slacking and don't know what they're doing. All delivery, pick up, or catering are slow as heck. Don't expect yourself to be eating in like an hour if you're not going inside and staring into the employee's souls to let them move faster.

Very poorly run location. They prioritize mobile orders over in person people. I get to the frony of the line and they completely ignore me for 5 mins, then acknowledge me long enough to say give me a sec so I can do these online orders.I get through the meat section, and I'm left standing there again while they do more online orders over mine. They finish my meal and bag it, then I'm left standing for another 10 mins.I say 'I just need to pay for my food' to which they reply oh there's only one person that can run the register. And that person is over starting people's orders...This place needs a serious over haul on management and priorities.

Why is it I see posted review about priorities to-go orders. But then when there is no one here in line I'm still waiting 30 minutes past my pick up time for to-go orders to be made? Why did they not get started before then? Now there 11 people waiting all with no orders.

This has got to be the worst Chipotle location in the country with the least competent staff. Do you like hearing the manager blast WAP or Racks on Racks on Racks or other trashy rap songs from their phone to drown out the music? What about a staff member who baby talks the food? Or do you like when the entire staff ignores customers in store creating a line of a dozen people so they can do online orders for people who aren’t there? If you like any of those things then this location is top tier because everyone here is brain dead

The manager working today on 3/30/2024 at 5p was horribly rude and not helpful in the slightest.I ordered online at 4p and got a notification that my food was ready at 4:30p. Walked in and asked the front register for my order and they said their ticket machine was broken, so he said he would ask his manager what to do. She walks up, doesn’t say word, proceeds to work with the ticket machine and then looks at me and say, ‘Well you see me working on this, right?’ The person on register apologizes profusely and offers me a free drink. Manager walks away and never utters another word to me.Absolutely horrible experience. Front register needs to be promoted.

Don't get me wrong, I love chipotle but both of the locations near my house have such bad staff. There rude, immature and lack respect every time i go. I work in a food restaurant and I understand the stress when it's busy, but the two girls at this location constantly lack kindness.

What worthless people that work here. I ordered online and showed up to get my food and they hadn't even started it. And I had to wait for 15 min while they made other food. I could have gotten in line 5 times over and ordered and gotten my food faster. And no compensation for not doing your job? Nope. Just go somewhere else, these people are worthless*update* for my "inconvenience," Chipotle has graciously gifted me with a free drink.........pathetic

Went to pickup an online order at the designated time. They hadn't even looked at the order yet. Waited 20 min while they helped every new person that walked in. Worst service I've ever seen. Simply pathetic. Don't waste your time. **update** for my "inconvenience" I was offered a popping free drink. As I said above.......pathetic

Horrible service, usually when they have customers they just replace the rice and others on the line and clean them later. The black kid working tonight felt it necessary to scrap the pans clean instead of helping the customers in line. Sorry not sorry but your support to be fast!! I will go to another restaurant next door air another chipotle.

I travel all of Colorado and I get cravings for a particular food. The past few months, it has been Chipotle. My visit to this store was disappointing. The taste was good, I just feel ripped off since I will not enjoy the entire bowl, maybe half will be good. This store has received one of my low score reviews, most are OUTSTANDING! 1. Too much rice but I think that was to make up the weight for the skimpy items. 2. Where's the beef? Very small portion of steak. 3. VERY small portion of guacamole.
