I was there to get the bowl of chicken burrito and I asked for extra meat but I got 2 to 3 pieces of meat. When customer pay for extra meat please consider the request and give them full scoop and not 2 to 3 small pieces of meat.

The food is good. Just don't order the quesadilla because they fold it like a crunch wrap. All cheese is melted in one big blob in the middle, and most of the tortilla is dry. I asked for them to make a quesadilla, and they won't.

Hard to knock Chipotle! The food tastes great as usual and they were speedy, which is always appreciated.Sadly, this location, on this particular day was super strict on portions. I don't expect dbl meat from free, but at least a decent sized portion...poor newbie seemed scared to put more than 1oz of any protein in a bowl, on a quesadilla, etc...So this trip was a bummer.

3x as many staff as customers and the place was still filthy.And get this they were completely out of cheese. Seems like an important part of the menu but nopeManager dressing down workers on the line in front of me to bootThen the chicken was cold and undercooked

Tables weren't clean, they had no napkins, they didn't have vinaigrette, the red sauce was sooo hot I couldn't even enjoy my burrito and had to be thrown

They are always packed when I go there, and they still get the food out quickly. I've never had an issue and I've gotten food from here probably over 30 times by now.

Appallingly dirty tables every time and no one cares. Don’t try and offer me a free burrito, or say you’ll pass the message along, just fix the problem. it’s disgusting to have to clean your own table EVERY time one visits here. Yeah I understand you have tons of line orders and to go orders, but hire more help or have the manager do it even.

Chipotle did a bait and switch for their Boorito deal October 31st. You can only get 6$ deal with signing into your account but it won't let you sign in and crashes every time and YET... SOMEHOW...if you continue as guest and pay full price, it allows for checkout. What a joke ?

Never seen a Chipotle more in ruins. Every trash can overflowing including the bathroom, zero napkins in all 3 dispensers, filthy floors, and zero initiative from the employees to fix any of that. If it was busy I would understand, but it was totally dead and there were several employees that were standing around doing nothing. When I was choosing my toppings, their first instinct was to use the bottom of the barrel veggies that were old and wilted instead of replacing them with a fresh batch. Even the Barbacoa was just a pool of rotting fat pieces and no good meat left. The guy tried fishing around for a good piece and gave up after 2 tries and gave me a lump of inedible fatty lard.
