Hard to knock Chipotle! The food tastes great as usual and they were speedy, which is always appreciated.Sadly, this location, on this particular day was super strict on portions. I don't expect dbl meat from free, but at least a decent sized portion...poor newbie seemed scared to put more than 1oz of any protein in a bowl, on a quesadilla, etc...So this trip was a bummer.
Never seen a Chipotle more in ruins. Every trash can overflowing including the bathroom, zero napkins in all 3 dispensers, filthy floors, and zero initiative from the employees to fix any of that. If it was busy I would understand, but it was totally dead and there were several employees that were standing around doing nothing. The food is good. Just don't order the quesadilla because they fold it like a crunch wrap. All cheese is melted in one big blob in the middle, and most of the tortilla is dry. I asked for them to make a quesadilla, and they won't.
