This was one of my go to Chipotle restaurants. After tonights visit, unfortunately I won’t be going to this location any longer. When I arrived the rice was empty and I requested new rice. The night manager seemed irritated. I then asked him to drain the beans and he complete disregarded that request. His response was “I’m trying to teach them to be fast.” Mind you no one was in line. This is the second time in a row I got very stale chips. They used to be tastier too, with some lime flavor. Now they are worse than the old chips in my cupboard. It’s also exceptionally loud (with the music) when nobody’s even in there. Hard to be clear on orders. Not going here anymore.

Vegetarian options: They can make a good veggie burrito but you have to ask what has no animal product, and cross-contamination can occur with meat in nearby bins.
