I’ve come here regularly to study and am not usually one that writes google reviews. The person working the morning shift 4/26 was the rudest barista I have ever interacted with at a coffee shop or anywhere in customer service. He was so rude he almost made me cry while taking my order and returning my cup. Real disappointing and I will not be supporting this location.

I will say the espresso drinks are wonderful. However, one of the baristas is so rude that I feel like an inconvenience and very uncomfortable being there. He slams everything around, audibly sighs out of annoyance, and gets visibly frustrated with customers seemingly just for being there and ordering drinks. Not a pleasant customer experience.

Was excited to treat myself to a latte this morning, but felt the staff was unnecessarily rude. Gentleman working was rolling his eyes, annoyed with any questions and audibly sighing. I love supporting local businesses and don't mind paying $8 for a special drink, but I left feeling disappointed with the service and won't be returning back.

The guy seemed annoyed that he had to take our order. Of course when ready to pay the 20% auto tip comes up first. I lowered to 5%. The drinks were horrible.

Alright, here’s the deal. I go to various coffee shops throughout Denver and sometimes staff can be not the nicest. I have never seen more rude staff than here.My wife and I went here several times to see if it would change and every time it’s the same gentleman that is rude. On several occasions this happened:1. Won’t look at you when you order.2. Sink is always “broken” so they can’t use their for here mugs. Even though we see them using the sink…3. Argues with several customers on which size they want and continues to be short.We have tried multiple times over several months to make it work but we will be going elsewhere.First time I have ever not gone to a coffee shop because of the service. Good luck out there and know you have been warned.

My husband & I love their cappuccino's but have been really bummed by how rude the staff have been recently. I came last summer and the barista that morning was so kind, but haven't seen him since. Lately it's been two guys who barely acknowledge you, are extremely rude when you ask them about sizing, and don't ever want to put our drink in a "for here" mug. This has occurred over the past two months and not sure if we will be back at this point. Super bummed because it's a great location but aren't feeling like supporting a business was such rude staff.
