I have been frequenting this coffee shop over the past 3 years. the very tasty ham and gruyere croissant has probably shrunken in size by 30% over that time frame. Simultaneously the price has gone up by about 20%. Not worth it anymore.

The thing that should impress anyone the most at Corvus are their baristas. Sure, their coffee is absolutely top notch. But when I went in to take advantage of a deal on bags of beans, one of their baristas noticed and took the initiative to come over and walk me through their options. We talked coffee roasts for a bit and then he offered me a free sample to help me decide which bag I would like best. He even talked me through how their fancy pour over machine in the picture works.

The coffee is excellent (as implied by the prices on their bags of beans) but the service makes me want to come back again and again because I know I will definitely be getting my money's worth.

Sorry, I have to be one of the few detractors here. Coffee is okay-ish, especially considering the $7+ price tag for their small lattes. Danishes, etc. are about the same price. So you walk out of here spending almost $20 for an average coffee and an excellent danish. Ouch. Just can't do it anymore. Alt milk is another $1. Gross overcharging.

The lattes and herbal tea are amazing. So creamy and perfectly balanced, in my opinion. Recently bought the decaf beans to try with family and we are all hooked. The best decaf whole beans I’ve tried to date. Only downside is the higher price of everything. However, I’m willing to pay more for quality and local goods

I visited this coffee shop (Littleton) hoping for a cozy experience with coffee and warm pastries, especially on a chilly winter day. The environment is good—inviting and relaxing. However, I was disappointed for the second time when I arrived at 5:20 PM, and the staff informed me they couldn’t warm up any pastries because the oven had already been turned off, even though the store doesn't close until 6:30 PM. The place was empty, so it was surprising they couldn’t accommodate this simple request. They could use a microwave in the back as a last resort. I hope they reconsider their oven schedule to provide a full service experience closer to closing time, especially during winter. Thanks.

Possibly the best pour over I have had. I tried one of the reserve options recommended and was not disappointed. The shop was also very nice. Busy but not too bad and order were coming out quick. Definitely will be putting in an order to have this delivered since I am not local ☹️

Corvus has delicious coffee and absolutely amazing pastries. The pastries are made fresh, daily, by a baker on the premises! Go to Corvus early for the best pastry and bread selection (their homemade bread is incredible), because they sell out fairly quickly on weekends. They have great customer service, great merchandise, and their coffee is always terrific. They have ample seating inside and outdoors, and they have wifi. It's a great, comfortable atmosphere to read a book, as well as a great place to meet up with friends.

I am equal parts exited that this place exists and has a good coffee, and frustrated by how unbearably hipster it is. 5 star because it’s better to have it than not, but maybe hmm not take 5 minutes to chat with a customer about life and beans, when the next customer is waiting…

$6 for a machine made flavor infused pour over that costs the business about .50 plus their burden rate is tough to swallow. Great atmosphere though and you can tell the employees are invested and generally enjoy working there so this place is a big net gain for the community. If I'm paying $6 for a pourover though, I want it hand poured by a human that knows what they're doing to create that value and I don't want flavored beans. Edit - Sounds like the peach coffee is natural and not flavored so take that out of my feedback.

I ordered 4 bags of coffee but only received 3 out of the 4. I emailed the orders email about it and waited a week. No response. I called Corvus and spoke to a gentleman who was very polite. He told me someone would contact me in a few days about the replacement. He also gave me another email address so I forwarded my original email. It’s been two weeks no with zero communication. It really stinks because Corvus has some of the best coffee I have ever had but sadly I will be purchasing my coffee elsewhere in the future.

Tbh I thought this place wasn't that good. The expresso had the weirdest flavor notes that left me desiring any other coffee shop. The building was nice and clean. But I'm not into a fruity expresso. Kinda gross tbh

Coffee is good, a little overpriced. Butter croissant tasted several days old. Dry and flavorless.
