I’d like to first start by saying their coffee is wonderful. The auburn latte they make is to die for. That being said, I bought the smallest (12oz) latte today with alternative milk and it was over $9 dollars. That is literally insane for a small. I understand getting coffee out is a luxury, but that felt ridiculous. I won’t be returning unfortunately :(
Awesome local coffee spot! Super busy on a Friday morning, struggled to find seating inside
Staff is always friendly here, the coffee is good. A bit pricey, but where isn't nowadays?
Still doing a $9 pourover made by a machine. The coffee selection is phenomenal in fact, the baristas are even good. But the pourover with a machine absolutely kills the entire setup. If you're going to do a pourover with a machine, dont charge hand poured prices. A latte made by hand is cheaper than a pourover made by a machine, see the problem? The bean cost isnt the answer, you're straight charging for labor and expertise not provided.
As a serious coffee aficionado, I was so fortunate to be staying in Lakewood such that the Corvus location showed up when I did my morning search for specialty coffee. It turned out to be absolutely remarkable. One of the better coffee venues that I have been to. And as you all know, I come from a coffee town, Houston, with some amazing specialty roasters. I opted for a flight of 3 Panama Gesha coffees.
Excellent. And the quality and selection of pastries was absolutely remarkable.
Highly highly highly recommended.
Note to Corvus, the last photos are of my home collection.
Loved the variety of pastries and my vanilla latte was delicious.
So amazing flavor and roaster coffee!!
Devin, I’m sad to hear you had a poor experience here 5 months ago. I implore you to retry. This morning we were greeted by lovely baristas with the best curls and pastry recommendations. Everything we had was 10/10. Coming from coffee snobs too! Everyone was so kind. The pastries truly are to die for!! Had the ham and gruyère croissant and it was amazing. Plus the pour over menu is incredible. When in Denver, go to Corvus!
Great quality product but very inconsistent with lattes/capps.
The coffee is high quality and the baristas are thoughtful and kind. They were pleasant every time we were in and happy to help recommend menu items.

The food is expensive. I black tea was not very good. The seating is quite uncomfortable. There are many other coffee houses I prefer because their food is good for a good price, and the tea selection is so much better.

Enjoyed the coffee and the atmosphere was chill. There weren’t many pastries to chose from since we went it past noon. Think they go by fast and the one we got to try was okay.
