I ordered one iced coffee on a mobile order 10 minutes prior to picking up. I had to wait about another 20 minutes when I arrived for ONE coffee. The staff had no clue what they were doing and were so slow. I asked one lady if she could make mine since Ive been there waiting already and she said yes and never did, when I asked if it is ready she shrugged her shoulders and said “ I don’t know”. No urgency at all. Very upsetting when you are just trying to grab your coffee and get to work. I was of course late to work. They need to get a better team in there, because the current one is absolutely clueless. I mean it’s Dunkin, mornings will be busy, you would think they would have a team that is prepared for that.

Always incredible. Staff is always cordial and friendly, donuts are delicious, and one girl talked me into a butter pecan iced latte that was to die for!

How unpleasant the customer service and smoking inside the premises, the service is terrible, I asked for the bathroom and they did not want to provide it in any way, they gave us the wrong order and then they did not give us a coffee, which was not really, how bad treatment towards the customers

I stopped in here Thursday March 7th. At 5:20pm. I walked to the counter, and the girl at the counter said to me that they were closed. But she was working with another woman at the counter, she said we are closed and said, I guess I forgot to lock the door. I thought this place was open until 7pm. So with me being a very well educated black man 65 years old, I'm thinking what the heck is up with this. Maybe I took this wrong, maybe they did close at five, and forgot to lock the door. Or maybe they did not like the way I looked or dressed. So I don't want to read any more to this. But it was very troubling to me. If anyone wants to comment and give me some suggestions or thoughts I'd sure appreciate it. Mr. J

Disgusted at the service and emploee attitude. They have gotten my order wrong 4/5 of the last time I've been there and act like an imposition when I ask kindly for a remake. Had an employee mock me to my face today after THEY failed to read my order correctly. Do not give this place your money. The employees are apathetic and nasty.

They did not repeat their order back to us when we ordered. When we received the wrong order, we were met with terrible attitude and the workers proceeded to roll their eyes. Drinks were good, service was horrid.

This is hands down the worst experience I have had at a Dunkin Donuts and I have been to 30+ locations across the country. I have been here a couple times and it always takes 20-30 minutes to get your order, regardless of how many people are in line. They are extremely slow on a regular basis. Today I only had 2 people in front of me and I ordered 4 things. It took 30 minutes and they got 3 of the 4 things I ordered wrong. I didn't even both correcting 2 of the 3 because I had my toddler with me and I had no more time to wait.

If a negative number I would rate it that. I purchased donuts for New years day via the app and went to the location and told their system was down. I get that happens but I just can't believe a business would be so carefree with no making no money for a day and I called to get a refund and no one answered and voice-mail was full! How is this a business?
