They did not repeat their order back to us when we ordered. When we received the wrong order, we were met with terrible attitude and the workers proceeded to roll their eyes. Drinks were good, service was horrid.
Got a solid reminder of why I always spend double the money at Starbucks. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru, waited 5 mins for my order… just for the coffee to be entirely incorrect (somewhat convinced I just got someone else’s order), I had also ordered plain bagel bites. I was given the everything flavored ones that they must have just chucked in the bag from the fridge because they were cold on the outside and nearly frozen on the inside. Come on. Do better.

I ordered one iced coffee on a mobile order 10 minutes prior to picking up. I had to wait about another 20 minutes when I arrived for ONE coffee. The staff had no clue what they were doing and were so slow. I asked one lady if she could make mine since Ive been there waiting already and she said yes and never did, when I asked if it is ready she shrugged her shoulders and said “ I don’t know”.
