Just waited in the drive thru for close to an hour! There were only 4 vehicles in front of me. They couldn't find my order when I got to the window. Had to wait additional 5min to "find" my items. On top of it all I was given the short straw and watched it disappear in my coffee

Went through the drive thru. Sat at the speaker for a good while before being acknowledged and cars started to stack up behind me. The girl was pretty rude at the speaker and the window. The hashbrowns were burnt to a crisp and the grilled cheese was bland and barely toasted. The glazed donut was ok, but really small for $1.69. I usually just get coffee so I guess I didn't realize how small it would be.

Hit or miss, really long wait times. Was over 10min until we decided to go up there after our mobile order was placed for them to start making the food. It’s been over 20min now and still nothing for an order of just a sandwich.

Poor customer service. To pay $16 for a dozen donuts, you expect to be asked what you want if you walk in (not drive through). The women at the register spoke limited English and so when she said assorted I said yes and then another women started throwing donuts in a box. When I said can I pick some the manager walked over and told me that “assorted” meant that they would do it. I have 6 donuts sitting here no one wants. Horrible way to treat people and the customer should be asked if they want to pick out selection or the staff. No customer service.

I have tried to go to this location several times and it always seems to have issues when I have gone. The last two times I went they were closed both times because of something going wrong with their system and it was a long time between visits when both times the store has been closed. I will not go back to this store again.

DUNKIN IN GENERAL HAS BECOME TRASH BUT THIS LOCATION IN PARTICULAR SCREWED ME. PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE JUST TO GET THERE AND FIND OUT THEY ARE CLOSED! CANT CALL CORPORATE CAUSE THEY ARE ONLY OPEN M-F. WHICH MAKES NO SENSE SINCE THEY ARE WAY BUSIER ON THE WEEKEND, BUT I GUESS THAT IS HOW THEY AVOID ACTUALLY DOING ANYTHING.
