The staff here are too slow and disorganized. The coffee and sandwiches are too expensive to tolerate the lethargic service. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s down the road. The cost is more reasonable for the level of service.

I've been going to this location for a few years now. It's always been a little slow and busy but the last month has been exceptionally bad. I placed in order to pick-up in the lobby last weekend. The lobby was closed due to staff shortages so I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line to get my order that I'd already paid for. I went again this morning and after a 5 minute wait to move up one car length I left so I wouldn't get stuck waiting again. This place needs serious help

I've been to this location 3 times and each time the staff have been a hot mess. Everyone seems frazzled and it takes forever to get your order. Today I watched the guy making the hot breakfast items drop the item he was preparing and just pick it up quickly and serve it to the customer. I won't ever go here again.

One would think putting 2 donuts in a bag and a ice coffee would be an easy task. Think again. They have perfected turning orders into a nightmare. Always seems to be about 2 people short. And then everyone runs around doing god knows what. No managing going on at all. Here's what you do Dunkin. Hire enough people, train them properly, and then assign specific jobs to each person.

I've gone through other locations drive thru and have always been able to pick what I want. Always a dozen or more...this location does not give you the choice. You have to take what they've picked out. My issue is I pay for a dozen and 5 out of the 12 don't get eaten because we don't like them. I get that they are trying g to speed up the process. But I won't go to this location again.

Good customer service. Sometimes the mobile order is only partially filled when I arrive (well after I place the order), but they are always quick to finish it and apologetic.

If you order from drive through and they ask you to pull around to wait for your food DO NOT PULL AROUND! They lose your order and after waiting forever for your food, you have to go inside and wait forever for them to make it again.Edit: The store manager did reach out to me to resolve the issue and offered compensation for a future visit. When we visited again, we went inside and the service was extremely fast. Very pleased with our second visit, so we'll probably go back again.

Best sugar rush in town. The doughnuts are awesome too! Order the dark coffee special, you won't be disappointed. Very Strong brew! Go, get a snack and work it off later. ;-)

Ordered breakfast early in the morning with no one else in line but me and I was told to pull to the front of the store just so they could save literally 2 minutes of having a customer at their window. Then the young Hispanic lady who gave me my food had such a mean look on her face as if she was being inconvenienced. Will never return to this location again.
