Always seem to be out of classic bagels, "ready in 45 minutes" is the story they tell, then bins never refilled during peak bagel time.
They watch from behind the counter waiting for you to start the dance.
Used to be a great place.
Poorly managed. Employees working not making eye contact to avoid helping customers and take orders in a timely fashion. Often understaffed. And out of most bagels at lunch peak time, what's with this?
So after waiting for almost 20 minutes (with a line of just 2 people) for anyone in the store to even acknowledge me standing at the counter, your cashier just made eye contact with me as he let some guy walk in and walk right in front of me and proceeded to serve him instead. That's some unacceptable customer service. Absolutely terrible. I'll be going elsewhere during my lunches in the future. Complete trash.

Einstein Bros. Bagels offers an amazing dining experience with absolutely fantastic food and a great atmosphere. The staff is very nice, friendly, and kind, making it a kid-friendly environment. The service is quick, and the fresh bread and smear are a highlight for many. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure customers get everything they want.
