First Watch

Even Fathers Day they got us in and out. Great communication during our wait and the food was good. Your place is one of our favorites.

The frittata was very small and had enough onions for 4 more! The little caddy on the table for creamers had used empty creamers and old creamers in it!

Service was excellent and food was fresh hot and tasty.

First time great impression- I had the lemon blueberry cornbread. It was served in a little cast iron pan as cornbread should be with a dollop of sweet creamy lemon butter. It was a little to much sweet for me, I just asked for some regular butter. It was delightful. I also tried the million dollar bacon. Very good thick cut bacon I asked for it crispy because I saw it's braised and that means more tender for soft bacon. It has a little heat from that spicy Maple syrup, but nothing crazy. It was deliciously sticky and sweet and salty. I had a regular cup of drip coffee breakfast blend so not to strong how I like it. That's all they have no cappuccino, or French press.
They do have breakfast cocktails. I saw on the menu, but none fore. I was driving

I brought an out-of-state friend here for breakfast while visiting Colorado. The food was incredible and the server was confident I would have plenty of gluten-free options. Will definitely be back.

When I first saw the sign saying First Watch thought this was as children's watch store, but actually an excellent breakfast and lunch resteraunt.

The food was excellent and unique. If you're looking for healthy, different food, this is your place. Ingredients were fresh, and I really like the greens salad that came with my roast beef. Breakfast with salad is more a European thing, but this healthy addition is catching on here now. The menu is large with lots of selections. I did lunch this time but cannot wait to do breakfast here. Should be amazing.

Every time I go to First Watch, in Littleton, which is usually once a week, its always an awesome experience. The food is great, the service from management and staff are the best and it has a great atmosphere. I recommend it highly.
