Had a rough go at the drive through. My veggie burger would have been great if the patty wasn't cold.

Every time I come here it is a complete mess, they get my order wrong (or the food they serve me is half-cooked and disgusting), and the managers are yelling at the employees in the back. Complete disgrace

Asked for ketchup on the side for fries didn't get it and they put a WHOLE SLICE of onion on my burger like stop being lazy separate yalls onion sliver after you slice it or if if comes pre sliced ya open the bag and separate them a little before binning the onions I usually don't care but this is the second burger I've gotten like this WAAAAY TOO MUCH ONION sorry you either get 1 or 5 stars from me ill give this place one more go and if it improves I'll change to 5 stars...... here's a suggestion to the owner fire all the high school kids that you entrusted your buisness to hire some adults that know the ins and outs of the food buisness and know what they are doing here's the kicker though your gonna have to pay them a liveable wage wooooah what a concept good luck!

Overall 5/5 in all departments, the employees greeting me upon entry and had great customer service. One of the employees, Ryan, was so kind that I had to ask for his name and leave a review.

I was the only one in the drive thru and it took ten minutes, but it was worth it. The burger was so tasty and the fries were fresh and perfectly seasoned.

This particular Freddy's, while new, has just not got the appeal needed to be a 5 star place. They need to take some lessons from some of their sister locations. First, the cleanliness of the restaurant is disappointing - tables are never cleaned, it seems, the floor has food which has not been mopped up, the bathrooms needed attention and it makes one wonder how dirty they allow the cooking area to get. I really like Freddy's as a chain, but this one is not the best. The hamburgers at this location are always squished in the bag or box - they never even remotely look like the marketing photos. And, they seem to be overly greasy burgers, unlike other locations nearby. I still think the food tastes good, but its presentation is pretty important to customer enjoyment. Lastly, the staff was less than "professional." I know it is hard to find kids these days who can act and behave in a mature business manner, but at least try to be discerning when hiring your staff (that is all I will say). A little courtesy and respect for your customer goes a very long way. Good luck on improving this store - you need to do it or you will end up like the last restaurant in that location.

The workers here are among the laziest I’ve ever seen. Seems like nobody ever wants to do their job. There’s always a couple of sweet young kids doing their best and then a couple adults that don’t give a s***. I’ve sat in the drive through for 10 minutes because no one is willing to answer the order, had people be rude, seen people outside doing drugs and been served horrible food. Freddys is my favorite fast food so it’s so frustrating that everyone here has been incompetent from the time it opened. I’ll attach a picture of my burger that looks like it got thrown on the ground.
