I've been to Freddy's many times and ive never had this good of an experience. The food came out completely fresh and hot, easily the very best fast food burger ive had. Service was great

I’ve gone to other Freddys and I’ve received better service. This one is on my way home. Twice now I’ve order the double bacon burger. Both times my burger is smashed and no bacon. I’m paying $19 for this?
I pulled up and the lady tells me, we are understaffed, extremely busy and someone will be with me shortly. There was no one inside at 9:30pm and I was the only car in line…. How are you extremely busy.
I understand the understaff there was no one there.
You need to do better. You need to hire people or reduce your hours until you can properly take care of your associates and customers.

Horrible experience. Forgot one single shake. Obviously understaffed and undertrained. The whole staff needs to be reworked and restrained because it was ridiculous. I would never go back to this place. NEVER GO HERE

Seems like nobody has proper training. I watch the customer before us get his shakes then wait over 15min for a fry. And after waiting 25 plus minutes for a single shake. Its obvious that they need more training and more staff.

I use this location at least once a week. The food is terrific the service and workers are extraordinary and the atmosphere is awesome! Best Freddy's hands down!

I have never been to a worse Freddy's. I had the rudest encounter with a young lady named Delilah I believe. She was the most disrespectful fast-food worker I have ever met. I am beyond disappointed, and I will not be returning because of this encounter.

I go here for lunch and Izabell always makes sure my order is correct and she's always friendly and has a great attitude. She makes coming to get lunch more than getting food!

Every time I come here it is a complete mess, they get my order wrong (or the food they serve me is half-cooked and disgusting), and the managers are yelling at the employees in the back. Complete disgrace
