Overall 5/5 in all departments, the employees greeting me upon entry and had great customer service. One of the employees, Ryan, was so kind that I had to ask for his name and leave a review.
This particular Freddy's, while new, has just not got the appeal needed to be a 5 star place. They need to take some lessons from some of their sister locations. First, the cleanliness of the restaurant is disappointing - tables are never cleaned, it seems, the floor has food which has not been mopped up, the bathrooms needed attention and it makes one wonder how dirty they allow the cooking area to get. I really like Freddy's as a chain, but this one is not the best....
Family and I were in the neighborhood decided to try Freddy’s. Great hamburgers served hot and fresh.The lady who took our order Yasmin was friendly and informative on all our questions on each item we inquired about.Thank you for a great experience.We will be back.
