If I was providing feedback based on food alone it would be 5 stars. However, there seems to be an issue with orders for pickup and kitchen execution. 2 out of the 3 pick up orders were missing items. First one, the kitchen completely forgot to make the calzone which was half the order. When I came in and asked about it they tried to hide the fact they forgot and instead of talking to me about they frantically started trying to make it. I ended up canceling the calzone and taking...

Ordered a chic parm sandwich and a penne pasta with mushrooms and broccoli. The chicken on the sandwich was not a cutlet. It was cut into pieces that were impossible to chew through. In addition the chicken was chewy and overcooked. Nothing special about the sauce or the bread. The penne pasta was painfully light on sauce and lacking a reasonable amount of mushrooms or broccoli. First and last time here.

Not the best garlic knot I’ve been to, but that’s not saying it still wasn’t good. There have been others that have let me down. Likely will return. Only complaint would be the young woman at the register that acted like she had no interest in being there.
