Let me just say this loud and clear: this was hands-down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at ANY restaurant. Period. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, taken care of, and genuinely appreciated as a guest.

Now let’s talk about the food… THE SALAD. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best-tasting salad I’ve ever had in my entire life. Fresh, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and clearly crafted with passion. Whoever is back there making those bowls deserves a standing ovation!

And I have to give a massive shout-out to my boy Nico and his entire crew—you guys are absolutely awesome. The service was on point, the energy was great, and you can tell everyone working there actually cares about what they do. That kind of vibe is rare these days, and it made the whole experience even more unforgettable.

If you haven’t been to Matt Green’s at Southwest Plaza in Littleton yet, stop what you’re doing and GO. You won’t regret it.

“First time ordering, I wanted a homemade quiche and they are hard to come by. The ordering process was so easy and the staff on the phone and in person were absolutely amazing. The quiche (Lorraine) was absolutely fabulous. I do not have any allergies and I generally don’t eat gluten free but it was great! I could tell the ingredients were fresh and it was baked well. The crust is pretty sweet, I didn’t mind it but just FYI.“

And what a unique experience, the menu options are creative and add-ons, like warm tea to accompany your cold smoothie, is creative and special. The smoothie is wonderful too, and not overly sweet. When I want to drink my lunch I don’t want it to be too sweet or sugary, though healthy, and this checks all those boxes.“

“I'm super bummed to see the poor reviews here. I think the sheer volume of online/delivery style orders that go out really creates the perception that the service is slow. Hopefully management can step in and figure out a better way to run this location.. However, the team is always pleasant, smiley, and working diligently. The products that they create are always beautiful and delicious. I hope they stick around because this is one of my favorite ways to treat myself.

Please bring back the Pineapple Matcha! My goodness that was an amazing flavor pairing.“
