“Hidden GEM! Me and my boyfriend stumbled across this spot and what a find it was! three stories inside, outside and rooftop seating areas. Plenty to do here, karaoke some nights, pool tables and live music. They have a small menu but oh is it mighty. You order at the counter, and someone brings it to the table. The onion rings, burgers, and fries were delicious and came our pretty fast! I ended up having like half a burger to take home. I also noticed there was free popcorn. Nice touch. “Kickin Chicken is absolutely amazing. We found this place because my girlfriend has Celiac’s and it’s really hard to find a Gluten Free fried chicken, but we’ve found our go-to place now in Kickin Chicken! The chicken here is so flavorful and crispy, with just the right amount of spice. They are also gigantic tenders. The Golden Garlic Blue Cheese sauce is outstanding. If they bottled that stuff, I’d buy 10 of them right now. All the sauces are great though. The staff is great and always helpful. They keep the place clean and clear tables quickly after customers leave. And the prices are also great, you definitely get your money’s worth. I ordered their combination of veggies, chicken, lamb, and yak Thukpa (noodle soup) yet I never tried Yak and it turned out good and my husband got the sampler so I also had a chance to try it too. “I grew up in the North side of Denver and live in Wheat Ridge. I have passed by this place many times and am sad I waited so long to dine here. This will definitely be a local go-to spot for us. My boyfriend and I dined in for his birthday on February 28th. We enjoyed every bit of our experience! To start we shared the truffle ravioli and calamari. The calamari was spicy which we were not expecting but we love spicy food so we were fine with it. The truffle ravioli took me back to our trip to Paris. For the main he ordered the salmon and I the pork chop. The pork chop was so tender and delicious. The sauce, potatoes and veggies that went along with it were all delicious as well. We shared the creme brûlée for dessert. Cocktails and breadsticks were great as well while we waited for our appetizers. Enjoyed the cozy, rustic vibe. We sat one table away from the fireplace. I don’t remember our server’s name unfortunately, he was a slender guy with glasses. He was great! Prompt, attentive and helpful. He even mentioned that they get the meat from the butcher across the street. Highly recommend West 29th, whether you are celebrating a special occasion or just want a little girls night out. This place is awesome. Can’t wait to come check out the patio when the weather allows so. Also we made a reservation, it was not that busy due to it being a Wednesday night but I would highly recommend since it is a smaller restaurant.“

Not sure if that is true but I will say that this is an oasis for people with celiac disease.When I arrived there was a Mexican food truck with gluten free fare, including items that were not normally available as gluten free. I purchased a burrito and they gave me a pager to let me know when it was ready.While waiting for food, I came to the bar and asked to try the riva stout and the green St. Patty's Day beer. He obliged and gave me some small servings for free. I ordereda full glass of riva stoute and later I got the buckcherry(hard kombucha mixed with beer). This place is very affordable, I highly recommend it. Not sure if it's the same food truck everyday but I hope so. I was in and out in about 45 minutes but it was a cool spot.The food was 12 before topThe 2 drinks were 14 before topI recommend everyone tip at least 25 percent every time, especially at affordable spots like this“
