We've been getting hams for years but the quality has definitely gone down & this last ham for Easter was a HUGE disappointment. First time a ham was bloody and had a huge vein/artery visible. I tried to cut around it and not let guests see the ham!!! I understand it's a natural product but come on!!! I buy HBH so I don't have to deal with a raw product. Not even going to make ham salad with the rest. Wish I had taken a pic...too much ick for the large price tag. Don't think we'll get another.

Ham bones for soup (BOGO). Premium smoked ham after spiral cutting. They can only spiral cut half. The other half tastes just as good!!

I ordered a tavern club and Mac n cheese and ended up with these two sandwiches that were horribly made. None of them even being near a tavern club. I couldn’t even eat them.

Made my reservation to pick up my smoked turkey breast two weeks in advance. I was worried because when I tried to prepay, I kept getting routed to door dash. Picked this up the day before Thanksgiving, and it smelled SO good. Pink and thinly sliced more than enough for 2 people with leftovers. PERFECT for what we needed!

Ordered a week in advance and they gave the meal I ordered for my sister to someone else. Now she's not just alone for Thanksgiving but has to eat a TV dinner or something. The manager of this location must be a coward also, he won't answer the phone.

Hams are spectacular. Plan ahead to avoid crowds, or get in line… at holidays can easily be an hour wait.
