It shocks me that the owner of this small business would call a customer names such as “entitled” because they (the customer) wanted to voice a minor concern. Mind you, that customer spent hundreds of dollars, if not thousands, over the course of several years supporting this business, referring friends to go there, and buying gifts from In Tea. I guess the owner cannot handle constructive feedback very well. Or maybe the owner doesn’t see her own entitlement here.

I truly question if this small business values their loyal customers.

Great choice of tea, I really feel I'm back to Europe when I'm there.
It really looks and tastes like quality.
Only downside is that it's extremely expensive, but I guess that's the price of quality in the US.

I’m not a huge tea guy but this place does have some of the best tea you can get near Denver. They also have cocktail options which are pretty awesome.

Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes after ordering to get your drink. They do a fresh and timed brew for every drink - so it isn’t the lack of service by any means, but you can’t really walk in and walk out.

Bonus points for the low ice in the drink

Some of the best tea I’ve personally ever had - but again - not the biggest tea guy. Still gets a 5/5 from me.

A lovely tea shop with a fantastic selection of beverages. They have teas, bobas, tea cocktails, and the option to get cbd drinks as well. They even have a small selection of pastries.
My personal favorite part is the selection of tea accessories for purchase. Lots of tea pots, loose leaf tea containers, tea sets, tea steepers, and matcha kits.
The atmosphere is amazing, very relaxing and cozy, the perfect places for homework or working from "home".
I highly recommend this place and always make it a stop when I'm in downtown Littleton!

First time in… Riley was extremely friendly and provided courteous and helpful service to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I stopped in for a few bags of tea and was impressed by the variety and welcoming atmosphere of the space.

My favorite tea shop ever!! When looking to find an alternative to sugary coffee I stumbled upon this place. I was immediately fascinated. I love the atmosphere, a great selection of teas (my favorite is mayan spice) Cute seating for lounging or tables to sit when you need to get work done. It has become a weekly ritual for my mother in law and I to meet here and catch up over tea. I love when you decide to drink tea in vs. take it to go you get your own unique tea pot and cup too! Anath (I may be spelling that wrong) is amazing and so helpful. I have tried so many new things thanks to him!

Every time I have come here I have had an excellent experience! It is a great place to visit with a friend and have real tea! They offer more traditional loose leaf tea as well as milky sweet teas on there specialty menu. You can do cold or hot. Every time I have come its been great. Once I even accidentally broke a cup and they were so kind and reassuring about it they wouldn't even let me pay to replace it. I highly recommend :) I typically park in the free public lot behind the building about a block away.

Parking: I recommend parking in the free parking lot about a block behind the building! They also have paid street parking but thats not always available.

They use real Matcha! The powder! I walked in to get a Boba, but was overwhelmed by the incredible amount of tea choices that they offered. Anytime I am in Littleton. I will definitely return to this amazing tea shop. The variety they offer is beyond amazing. I needed a little more honey and the amazing staff added hot water to liquefy the honey better to add to my iced drink. I was instantly impressed!

I love this place! I went today for a few hours to split up the daily grind, and it was so relaxing. There's a lot of choices, which was overwhelming at first, but the employee helping me was super helpful. My tip is to go in with a type of tea you like in mind, IE black/green/oolong etc

Went with my family. I had a matcha (they only had the more expensive option, ceremonial I think) and it tasted like water and was just barely green.

My sister ordered some lavender drink that truly tasted like a bar of soap. The trooper drank it because the two drinks came to $20, but man was it nasty ?. It was so bad we had to laugh.

Inside is very cute though and it’s cool to see how many tea options they have. Nonetheless wouldn’t go back & wouldn’t recommend.

Loved the service! I was a little overwhelmed with the selection but a very nice young lady helped me pick a tea that was delicious and hit the spot. I also got a big strawberry filled croissant. The croissant was good and they warmed it for me. Definitely worth checking out if you love tea, even if you are a novice like I am.
