The customer service received at this location was not good. The quality of my sandwich was not good. They employee never asked what condiments I would like on my sandwich. The meat didn't taste right. It's definitely a different experience from the Jimmy John's by my residence. No wonder the the place was empty. I'll drive down the street to Jersey Mike's down on Broadway and get a good meal. I'll never go back to this location again!

Super disappointed, our freaky fast food is never very freaky fast when we order delivery anymore. It's at no fault of the employees, it seems like there's one person who works there all the time and then I occasionally see a couple of other folks. This store is severely understaffed and I think if they had even just one more full time person they would be more successful at upholding their promise. The one guy who is always there is always super friendly and apologetic for the wait.Kid-friendliness: Love that I can customize the sandwich just the way my kid likes it.

Just spent a lot of money on a delivery order. Delivery driver put our drinks in 2 different places away from each other and then the food at a different apartment. Don’t understand why that happened when we have never had issues with them. They super quick ran down the stairs and sped off out of our parking lot. We couldn’t find the food so I called the store and the manager acted like she had no idea what to do in this situation so probably need to train manager better.

I’m writing this review from the delivery room of Littleton Adventist Hospital, my wife has been in labor for 48+ hours I need something to eat I ordered doordash jimmy johns and it has been 2 hours now and I still have not received our food. I will never eat or give these people my money again. They advertise as “freaky fast delivery” and they are anything but fast, literally I’m across the street and they couldn’t get me a sandwich in 2 hours. Unacceptable.

I could have gone to Safeway right across the parking lot to get a loaf of bread to eat for a dollar. There's one slice of turkey a little bit of lettuce and three slices of tomato on my regular turkey tom. I got a bag of chips and a regular sandwich for almost $11. Nothing but bread! This place sucks! I'll never be back!

This store used to be quick and good, but recently they’ve been the opposite. Put in an order and it took around 30 minutes for it to even register. Then I sat around waiting for it to be delivered and had to cancel because I had to go to work. Then when I called to cancel they knew who I was immediately, it seems like the entire time they had only one order to fulfill and couldn’t even do that. The guy on the phone barely seemed to care as well. I don’t mind if you aren’t enthusiastic, but at least say sorry?

Poor poor service here. Logan the gm and the owner Brandon bowen they are not fair people to work for at all. Or Eric and sierra the area Manger didn't even treat me like I was human. All around ownership and management at Brandon Bowens stores they treat managers like not a human being.
