Jimmy John's is a restaurant known for its friendly customer service, as noted by a helpful gentleman who provided excellent assistance. However, there have been issues with delivery speed, potentially due to understaffing. The restaurant allows for customized sandwiches, which is appreciated by parents. A standout employee named Logan went above and beyond by promptly delivering an order to a hotel near the delivery area, demonstrating commendable customer service. Overall, Jimmy John's offers tasty sandwiches and has potential for improved delivery efficiency.
