I have attended several afternoon teas at Lynn's Tea Shop and Cafe. It is conveniently located and has plenty of parking. The food always tastes like it's made from scratch. The quiche is delicious, and they use real clotted cream (not common, in my experience). We always receive excellent service too. This is one of my favorite places to have tea.
Tea came in paper cups and although we were the only guests there we were not checked on once the food and drink were served. Did not make for a special stop- too bad as it is very close by.
It was our first time attending high tea.. the snacks were tasty but the customer service was lacking. Tea wasn't served until a half hour after our reservation started and were rushed at the end to pack up and leave. 20% gratuity is included in price which seems like a bit much for the service you receive.
