Overall a good experience. The only areas they need to improve on are the water sinces it's warm and not chilled. The food was great but the sushi portions were to small. 2 is fine, but the size for each is halved so they try to earn more money off of each one. The Eel was a good size though.
Our go-to spot for delicious sushi, I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed by something I’ve ordered. The snow crab sashimi is unbelievably delicious.
Definitely top notch sushi. we had a cali roll, spicy salmon roll, shrimp tempura, spider roll, hamachi and chu toro nigiri..was very excellent and we will return.
First time in after driving past everyday for a couple years. BLOWN AWAY. Easily some of the best sushi I have ever had. Get the Omakase, we did the $100 one and each course surprised and delighted. Great food, great drinks, and exceptional people making a perfect experience.
We had a very memorable experience at our most favorite sushi place in Littleton for valentines day! Our server treated us like family and kept the sake coming as well as some incredible choices for sashimi and tender cuts of fish that just melted in our mouths.
This little hole in the wall had an amazing dinner. The Miso soup had bits of kelp in it that gave it so much flavor. The edamame was delicious, definitely recommend getting it spicy, it's not very spicy and has a delicious garlic flavor. The rolls, the Maki comes with a really decent number of pieces, and tastes quite delicious. The fancier rolls are also very delicious, the rock n roll has quite a lovely texture to it with a combination of soft and crunchy. The Dragon Roll is delicious as well. The Sashimi was absolutely delicious, the presentation was top-notch, I was just expecting slabs of fish on a plate, the rose was beautiful, the salmon had a lovely soft buttery taste. The staff were so kind, Quick And very patient with our fellow patrons. The Limited menu selection tells me that they know what they're doing and they do it right. Can't wait to come back And try that roll that has the asparagus in it question mark it sounds like an interesting american mash up.
The server was faster with the check than our food. We came here for a business lunch. Simple order: two sushi entrees and a gyoza appetizer. The gyozas arrived 15 MINUTES after our entrees did. Our meals were done when the app showed up.
The server had no sense of urgency and couldn’t be bothered to be proactive about anything.
I will return begrudgingly for the food because the sushi is bar none. But the service is hot trash.

We went here for lunch. It's one of my daughter's favorite sushi places. It did not disappoint! Service was top- notch and personal. They knew her by her name.
We started with the Hamachi and Apple which was crisp and refreshing and the Belly Buns which were well seasoned.
We ordered 3 rolls, the Dragon, the Spider and the Sexy roll which was on special. And we also order the unagi and flounder. Yum!
The decor was very simple and elegant.
I see why my daughter likes this place so much!

The food was fresh, and crisp. The atmosphere was pleasant and not too loud including other guests. The service was a little brisk at first, but then warmed up a bit during our meal. The food portions were appropriate for the prices and was just enough for our sitting to be full but not waste food. The server bussed our table at the end of our meal so we could chat after which is definitely something I look for. The facility was clean, quaint, and overall I was satisfied with the experience. I'm not sure about pronouncing the restaurant's name and some of the menu items, maybe that should be something that's addressed a little further for their sushi restaurant market share in Denver. THANKS!

We went for Omakase on my birthday.
I honestly give this place a 6/10 -- fancy displays but the food quality is subpar at best. Moreover, I saw them pouring house dressing out of a store bought bottle, so they don't even make their own sauces.
Kind of highway robbery for the prices they charge and the quality of food delivered. I'll just stick to pokebowls for better food next time.

We had a negative experience at a popular Denver sushi place and ended up here on the way home. I am so glad we did. Probably the best sushi I’ve had in Colorado in the few years I’ve been here. Cute place, good service. Sushi is incredible and fresh with unique flavors.

I don't mind paying $120 for omakase but I was really disappointed tonight. I have frequent this restaurant before and tonight just made me not ever want to come back here. There are quite a few nigiris that was really good but the first few plates was embarrassing. The rice was definitely undercooked and the samon nigiri..... I am fortunate that ginger was discovered.
Worst sushi I've ever had. I've had food poisoning for two days after eating this. The sushi itself is awful and unclean. I've had better sushi in a grocery store. Never go here.

Best sushi in Denver, hands down. I’ve been going to Makizushico for years at this point. Their fish is of supreme quality, their preparation is unparalleled in this part of the country, and their service is top notch. Also, the restaurant atmosphere is excellent. Cannot recommend enough (in fact I recommend this restaurant more than any other locally!).
