We mobile ordered about 40 minutes before we arrived. My daughter works at Mc Donalds as a cashier food prep. She knows the systems. Thus is not the location she works at THANK GOD!!!. We went to the speaker told them we have a mobile order and nothing came from the speakers. We drove to the window and no one came to the window. We at this point had 6 cars behind us. A woman comes to the window abd says door dash I said no I had a mobile order. She says my system is down and I cant process your order. So I said wait you processed the door dash order and she said yes but that is a different system. I said we'll we paid for our order she says call the number on the app. We looked gor a number. I said I dont see number can you give me the number and she told ne no. I asked if she could refund my money she said no. She was just awful. So we drove off and reported it to the bank.

The guy who works here who I assume is the second shift manager (shirt and tie) was very friendly and you can tell he cares about his work.

Our food was cold and tasted old, may have been sitting under warmer for a long while, the employees were not very friendly, the manager on duty was also rude
Love the app rewards and deals. The drive through window Hispanic lady that gives you the food is so friendly. Love the food and love the people that work there. Makes me come back over and over.

Lady there today was very very rude with her energy and then proceeds to give me an uncooked burger and it’s raw around the sides, ✌️

This McDonald’s always takes good care of me food fresh most times the kid ajiah or however you pronounce his name in the lobby had great customer service also the guy who had his nail painted black muscular built in the window is always doing a great job taking care of my orders I stay going here!

I came here today for lunch and placed an order through the mobile app for curbside pickup. After arriving, I entered the spot number I was parked in and waited for quite a while, but my order never arrived. After waiting about 15 minutes, I went through the drive-thru to check on my order, and the employee there told me they didn’t have any record of it at this location.
I then left and called the phone number listed on the emailed receipt, which was connected to this same location. The person I spoke with confirmed that my order was there, but by that point, my entire lunch break had been wasted. I asked for the order to be canceled, and she told me to cancel it through the app. However, the app no longer showed my order, so I had no way to cancel it or request a refund.
I ended up with no food and no refund. I’m very upset about the poor service and the confusion between the app and the restaurant. I’d like my payment refunded and hope the issue is addressed so it doesn’t happen again.

i didn’t get my food and they want me to drive all the way back in order to help me. “one of” the managers is less than helpful. just rude. if you can’t help, get someone who can. first time this has happened. it’s so disappointing and i’m still hungry

This McDonald's is purposely scamming people during the Monopoly game. If you order a large meal etc they give you medium drinks and fries so you don't receive the Monopoly pieces. I called and the manager basically told me she approves of her employees in the drive thru scamming people. This places manager should be fired asap. That's ridiculous and corporate should be all over them as well. That's fraud

I didn't receive my Double Cheeseburger. This location frequently shorts my order, and I usually go through it to check, but this time they put way to many items into small a bag. I didn't realize the order being incomplete until I was home. This item cost 3.89 plus tax, and going back to let the McDonald's know was to far, and to late. This could be prevented, if the receipt listed an Item Count, showing how many items should be placed in the bag. An employee, filling the bag, could simply count how many items should be placed in the bag. e.g. ( 6 items loaded into a bag which receipt shows that there should be 7 items would alert the employee that an item is missing) ...pretty simple, Costco and Sam's have been doing this, on their receipts, for years.
