This is one of the best mcdonalds I have been to. Great management with a hard-working team. The food is always fresh, the lobby is huge, and they have several self check out machines that accept cash in addition to cards.

I ordered via door dash and was given the wrong order my brother has an onion allergy and they gave us the wrong sandwiches that have onions he is highly allergic to onions and could get heavily sick.

The girl at the windows taking orders was very rude, yelling , very short. Didn't give me a receipt. The service here has gotten really really bad. Also why am I having to wait to get a copy of my receipt?
First of all, what's the point in asking if it's dine-in or take-out if it's all served in a bag? I dined in. Fries and burger were luke warm at best. I had to go back up to the counter to ask for ketchup packets after my bag was brought to the table. No condiment station. After waiting for someone to finally show their face at the counter, I got FOUR PACKETS of ketchup for a large fry. Gee, thanks! I also sat under a vent that blew air thst smelled like it was straight out of a dirty fish tank. Cold food with cold moldy air blowing on everything. The whole experience was not just disappointing, but disgusting. No reason for any of it.

I tried to enjoy a coffee in the dining room. The entire time I was there I kept getting this strong, bad odor and sewer smell. Something really does need to be done about this. This really can't be in compliance with the health department.

The team here works together and communicates with customers. They were packed FULL of high schoolers after a game on Friday. My 4 kids and I were out on our dash and they fed us fresh food I had fresh coffee in no time! I was so impressed by how fast they were despite being insanely busy.
