Hit or miss with drive-thru... Old patties made a very unpleasant Double cheeseburger.
Over calibrated machine made a grossly inedible chocolate shake and way over-salted fries!!!
You're better off going to Burger King 👑

Every time I go through the drive through at this location they have me park in one of the reserved drive through parking spaces and the same young woman with dark hair mixes our order up with another party’s order on que every time. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to this location but decided to give it another chance and sure enough we watched the same young woman switch our order with someone else’s. Our order was enough to feed our family and included a happy meal. We watched this young woman bring our giant bag to this other car with one person in the car, you could tell he was confused but we think he saw the size of the order and drove off with it anyways. Meanwhile this young woman brings us this tiny little bag with hardly enough food to feed one person and we called her out on it this time, politely of course. She knew what she did but lied to us anyways and said the other driver also had a very large order. So we waited another 10-15 minutes for the kitchen to remake our order. In the mean time we watched this young woman try to serve that same little bag all wrinkled up from carrying it all over the place to at least 5 other customers that arrived after us and were also told to park in the waiting spaces. It was pretty comical to watch. Finally she walked back in the store with that same little bag and when she came out she had a much bigger, much less wrinkled bag that was our order after the kitchen had to remake it. This is the 3rd time I can recall the same young woman has done this to us. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.

Very slow to fill orders both in person and mobile was even worse. Food was luke warm. I will not go back to this McDonald's

They got my order right so no problem with that. I’ve been here a few times and i’ve had to wait a considerably long time for a mcdonald’s. I had to pull forward for my order of two items.. all of the reserved drive thru spots were full so others must’ve had to wait even longer. The sandwich felt like it was old but the fries were ok. The staff is friendly but something is going on here, maybe they are understaffed?? I’m not sure.
ice cream machine was out ☹️. no ice cream then the blue raspberry slushie maker defrosted, so i had to have cherry 😔😔🤢

Ordered a mcrib and #2. Had to wait after order in drive through.. no problem. When I got my food fries we room temp, not even Luke warm. I ordered at 11 am. They should be fresh. Guess they use everything left over from the night before. Both buns on #2 and crib were hard and stale. Normally they are great but when certain people are working the quality is terrible

This is the absolute McDonalds hands down!! The manager is amazing and wants his customers to be happy! I live going to this McDonald's!

Twice I've ordered the McRib and the first time, fries and rib tasted old and dry. 2nd attempt, didn't get a bottom bun. I dont trust their drive thru.

Order breakfast to get home to relize my McGriddle was only buns and nothing else. Honestly how does an employee forget the main meal hint to a McGriddle. This has also happen to me with burgers. Not to happy I have to drive all the way back just to get my breakfast since they couldn’t make right the first time.
New employees falsely charging. What they do is use your code at drive thru, then when you come to the drive thru and take the code off the order to charge more. I let the manager know and she “refunded” me. It showed in my account as pending then the refund was cancelled. Don’t understand why if you don’t want people using the app don’t have it. No reason to say that I would get a refund and not. Be careful

Counter service is terrible! Don't go in with cash because no one will be there to take your order or to take your cash! Went to DQ across the street instead and the service was great!

Poorly managed. Last three times I have went my order has been wrong (double cheeseburger without meat or cheese - only a pickle on a bun) and the wait in the drive thru is ridiculous. I have waited up to 30 minutes at times. Not exaggerating.

This place is a joke ordered curb side pick up and waited 20 minutes before finally going in and getting my order. Yet at least 30 cars went through the drive thru I get the whole service time crap but come on

Flailing service, long lines of folks waiting for orders, dirty floors, filled and leaking trash on ground outside main door. Waited 30 mins for 2 McFlurrys. Finally just asked for a refund and left.
