⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Exceptional Customer Service

My fiancé and I dined at Olive Garden tonight. At the end of our meal, while I was packaging my leftovers, I noticed a hair in my pasta sauce. I showed our waiter, and he immediately offered to have a fresh plate remade for me to take home, which I really appreciated.

Before our food had arrived earlier in the evening, the manager, John, had stopped by our table to introduce himself—which already felt like a thoughtful gesture. After the waiter addressed the issue, John came by again personally to apologize for the hair in my food. He not only arranged for my pasta to be remade, but he also gave us a generous discount on our bill, as well as provided us with a gift card to use on our next visit.

I was genuinely shocked by the level of customer care and the way John handled the situation. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making things right turned an unfortunate moment into an incredibly positive experience. I left feeling very taken care of and grateful.

We will absolutely be returning. Thank you, John, and team!

What a wonderful night my son and I had. From the moment we walked in the hosts were so welcoming. To when Kevin served us who was absolutely friendly, amazing, and kind. To the food runner who went to deliver our food. I use to work at the location almost 20 years ago, it was amazing to see such kind, amazing humans. The manager Nathanial came out and was delightful to talk to and was on top of everything. 5 stars for sure. 100% will come back! 💕💕✨✨

It was such a good experience. Staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable. Our waiter Finn was the absolute best!! He was such a sweetie and we didn’t have to ask for anything he was so on top of it, his service was a 20/10!!

Overall good food and good service. We were able to be seated quickly and beat the rush arriving at 5 pm. Restaurant was clean and tables were turned fast once patrons were finished with their meals.

We love The Olive Garden we have been to many different locations all across Colorado. Today we came to the location in Littleton across from South West Plaza and the service was absolutely terrible! After we got our food we didn't get checked on at all I got the never ending pasta bowl and didn't get the second bowl of pasta I wanted, no refills. Our table was full of dishes from salads and soups other waiters and the manger walked by checking on other tables except ours. We ordered dessert and they packed them to go. The worst service ever at this location I have NEVER been to an Olive Garden and experienced this before.

Our waitress in the bar area was super friendly. We had my daughter's birthday dinner there. It was very nice to be able to have lighter portions on the menu. We all got lighter portions, chicken parm, ravioli and spaghetti. They were super delicious!! Then my daughter got a delicious dessert at the end.

New pronto lunch menu much better than past excesivly starchy menu...written 2 years ago.

When for lunch March 2022. Prices higher. Less food. Previously chicken parmesan lunch had two pieces of chicken, now only one,and price increase. Wife had lunch lasagna and noted hardly any beef, maybe just in one layer. Another bad experience post pandemic restaurant. Good thing I know how to cook at home.

Update Oct 2022:

Went a few weeks ago and had bad service experience. Long wait new waitress, soup bowl 1/3 filled. Took long time for refill and still partially filled bowl of soup.

Went back on Sunday. Asked for booth. He wasn't sure with out asking. Plenty of booths available. Finally seated in a booth. Wife went to bathroom while we waited for waiter to show up. She returned and still no wait staff. After few more minutes we left fearing same poor experience as the previous. Seems like this location which was always good has turned poor.
