This was my granddaughter’s first experience at Olive Garden and she’s already picked her next menu item for our return visit! The food is consistently good and service is great.

We had an Uber delivery gone wrong. Pretty sure, the bag was dropped. Either way the manager Sarah went above and beyond to make things right eventhough it was not even the stores fault. I couldn't be happier with the way she cared so much and tried to fix everything.

When it comes to the quality of service at this Olive garden location and the atmosphere, this particular location is one of the best Olive garden locations I have ever visited. The service was top notch. I was with my girlfriend at the time, + me and her are both blind. We were accommodated very well. The one drawback to this location is that they don't have high chairs for children. That is something that is essential. As far as the food goes, it's average Olive garden food. However, I'm definitely happy with the quality of service that we had.

Service was wonderful. Food was great. Cappuccino's = 1 was great, 2nd seemed like a latte (all milk). Very happy overall.

Came in for the return items they brought back. The food was so salty on top of its sad that the manicotti is frozen than cooked instead of being fresh. We asked if anything is fresh and they had a hard time trying to figure out how to say no. For the price they charge the food should be fresh. So sad. But the salad was decent. It's also hard when you ask for a item and they don't bring it to you. Like drinks and such. Staff is not what they used to be.

Dietary restrictions: Not really good choices. The Gluten free pasta has been the same one for years and they don't know how to cook it. Its gummy and gross.

Parking: Not many handicapped accessible spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available.

Wheelchair accessibility: They just assume if you use wheelchair that you don't want yo or can't transfer.

We were a group of 9 people on New Years Eve and we had Georgia as our service. Great customer service. She helped make the night fun as we were all adults doing a prom theme!!

The host (gentleman) working tonight was very kind when I asked him privately if he could say happy birthday to my daughter as we were exiting. Our waiter didn’t notice her birthday crown (not his fault) and she was a little bummed (she’s 8). The host was kind and really engaged with her on the way out and it made her feel noticed. I appreciated his kindness and favor for providing nice customer service.

My Art Guild had this Olive Garden cater our holiday luncheon. I am happy to say that everything went as planned and everyone raved about the food. Portions were generous, price was right, everything was provided and all went well. The delivery person was prompt, friendly, efficient and great to work with. We will be doing this again. I wish I could give you 6+ stars.
