Not very friendly or welcoming employees that apparently can’t read or confirm modifications for something as simple as a soup. Specifically asked for the bistro French onion WITHOUT CHEESE as I’m lactose intolerant. What do I find buried at the bottom of my soup cup? Cheese. So now not only do I not have a dinner, I wasted almost 10 dollars for this subpar cup of soup AND I’m going to get a very upset stomach.

It’s sad when a place you used to love goes so far down hill in quality and not even the management cares to do anything about it. The whole place is looking run down, dirty, sticky tables, and it smelled like bleach and a mop bucket. The smell of bleach was so strong, it made the whole experience unappetizing. All the outlets are broken, cracked, and won’t hold a charger. This is my last visit to Panera. It’s not what I would call a cafe anymore. You can do so much better.

None of the juices were working, the Dr. Pepper was completely out. The place isn't busy and went to change the soda for me. There's food and crumbs all over the floors. The cashier had zero personality. I can her the employees bickering behind the counter. The food is subpar compared to the way it used to be. The bacon is completely chewy and gross and not even crispy and the bread bowls are half the size now.
