Not very friendly or welcoming employees that apparently can’t read or confirm modifications for something as simple as a soup. Specifically asked for the bistro French onion WITHOUT CHEESE as I’m lactose intolerant. What do I find buried at the bottom of my soup cup? Cheese. So now not only do I not have a dinner, I wasted almost 10 dollars for this subpar cup of soup AND I’m going to get a very upset stomach.

It’s sad when a place you used to love goes so far down hill in quality and not even the management cares to do anything about it. The whole place is looking run down, dirty, sticky tables, and it smelled like bleach and a mop bucket. The smell of bleach was so strong, it made the whole experience unappetizing. All the outlets are broken, cracked, and won’t hold a charger. This is my last visit to Panera. It’s not what I would call a cafe anymore. You can do so much better.

Very good food, but a small 4 inch French Dip sandwich, small mac n cheese with Iced tea was $22 with tax. Great food but I just cannot spend $20 on each meal.
