50% of the time they mess up the order. Then they argue with you about it. They eventually fix it but how hard can it be to get the order correct and give good customer service?

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Manager and employee were put out that I arrived 15 minutes early (was stopping on my way home to pick up an online “ASAP” order). I walked in, employee walked to back of the store…did not acknowledge me, walked back out and asked “what I needed”. I stated I had an online order. No one else was in the store, employee stated they had no online order…looked at the machine then stated that it wasn’t required to be ready for another 15 minutes. He then walked out of the lobby. He and another employee remained in the back room for another 7 minutes. Other employee walked out huffed repeatedly and was clearly put out as he started to aggressively build my order. I indicated I’d be happy to fulfill my order at another nearby location. The employee proceeded to yell at me telling me he was “making my order” and “what more did I want”. I asked for manager. He indicated he was the manager. Refused to return my money…escalated. I will NEVER return to the Ken Caryl location.

Walked in at 745p on today, a Friday and got told orders stop getting taken at 7p. This conflicts with the google hours the business listed saying they close at 8p on Fridays, the times posted on their front door saying they close at 8p on Fridays, and also conflicts with the neon light in the main window that says “open come on in” that was glowing at 745p this Friday. My decision to come to this location 15 minutes before posted closing times made me miss out my Papa Murphy dinner my family and I were craving, also prevented me making it to any other papa Murphy location to support with my business. I would have not choose this location if they posted they close at 7p.

Zero stars. Absolute worst service I have ever had at a Papa Murphy's establishment. I will never return. Manager and employee were put out that I walked through the door. Huffed about having to make my order. Not one additional customer was in the store. I explained that I was happy to take my business to another store if they weren't interested in serving me. The manager yelled at me...escalated. Will never purchase from this establishment again.

We love this Papa Murphy's!! We order every week and it is consistenly fantastic. The staff is super friendly. A huge shout out to Emil who welcomes me every time with a wonderful greeting, a wave and a genuine smile. I actually look forward to the errand of picking up pizza! Thanks guys!

My experience in Papa Murphy’s is wonderful! Everybody there is so friendly and courteous. The place is immaculate and they give you great service. They always say hello to me by my name which is a nice touch. Having you been in customer service all my life I do appreciate that, and it’s glad to see it you don’t see that too often. Like I said before a great experience!

Last two pizzas way less than satisfactory. New Yorker pizza nearly completely dry. I used to live in NYC. No where near a NYC pizza! Another pizza just pretty bland and again, not enough sauce. Seems this location has gone downhill. Have tried to reach manager a few times when we go in but he/she is never there. Customer support asked for photos of pizza but who takes a photo of their pizza unless there is a roach or something in there! So, now I'm disappointed with PM customer support too. I also see this franchise owner doesn't respond to negative reviews. Not good.

I will be reporting this location to the health dept. I noticed while in there picking up my pizza that they touch the cash register,credit cards, cash and the phone with the same gloves they are preparing pizza with and they DO NOT change their gloves after doing this! The guy employee who calls all the ladies "miss" does NOT know how to answer the phone he is totally incapable he does not know what he is doing or saying i seriously do not understand him eye to eye next to him payimg for my pizza he is a very confused person and he is very rude! PLEASE DO NOT LET HIM TAKE ORDERS OR RUN THE CASH REGISTER!!! I also notice he makes all the other employees work while he avoids working!Lately the pizza toppings are not being placed on the pizza like before they are cutting corners and have lost my business !

Always a reliable dinner option, and they have some amazing deals. Baking at home ensures the cheese is golden brown and the crust is the exact crispness that we enjoy!

Pizza is good but got a garlic dipping sauce and its old expired 11-13-22 and the marinara sauce for breadsticks expired November 14, 2022. Not good they need to keep up on there items. I guess I hope the rest of their food isn’t as old as their sauces.
