My experience in Papa Murphy’s is wonderful! Everybody there is so friendly and courteous. The place is immaculate and they give you great service. They always say hello to me by my name which is a nice touch. Having you been in customer service all my life I do appreciate that, and it’s glad to see it you don’t see that too often. Like I said before a great experience!
Quality & service have been going downhill while prices have taken a walloping increase. Oh sure, you can currently get their come-on $5 pizza offer w/one topping, if that satisfies you. My fav 3-topping on a large size (not the larger family size) w/thin crust came in at $15+ before my $3 coupon (used to get for $10 w/coupon) and I still have to bake myself.
