Been going to this place for years. Best pho restaurant in the denver metro area! Highly recommend, my go to order is the Sea-food Pho, but the fried rice is also great. All the appetizers are really good to and the boba shakes are to die for.
Had the Pho Saigon basil salad. Was really looking forward to this fish, but unfortunately my plate had no basil; but a lot of mint, which really was too much for this fish. The calamari was chewy ( unsure why this is so because it should have been one of the stars of this dish). Generally, like several of the dishes I've tried, but not this one.
I had a fantastic experience at Pho Saigon Basil in Littleton! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy meal. I started with delicious spring rolls and then enjoyed their signature pho, which had a rich, aromatic broth and generous portions. The service was friendly and attentive, making it even better. I highly recommend Pho Saigon Basil for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine! Can't wait to go back!
