I have never met such a rude employee to another employee especially one who is actively working with a customer. Obviously the guys who was helping us was new but the only girl working (12/29/2024 evening unfortunately I did not get her name) was absolutely bashing on the guy helping us in front of us telling him how bad of a job he’s doing and what he’s doing wrong. I genuinely wanted to say something to that female worker or leave because that is unacceptable and disgusting. The guys either needs more training (which she probably trained him from what it seems like) OR talk to him on the side about work flow and processes but it’s not appropriate to talk to a coworker that way but especially in front of customers. If I were him I would have walked out and quit my job she was so rude. 10000% will never return to this Qdoba. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to another location.

I hope management sees this and addresses this. And I hope she is not management herself. I sincerely feel awful for that employee no one deserves to be talked to or treated to that way regardless of how you are performing at your job- mind you he was trying and listening to her and applying what she said, it’s not like he didn’t care.

Rumor has it is that Manny was let go. Good luck in finding a better Manager ? He WAS the best you had. Get this location together or close it!! The good staff you had has either gone by now or is currently one foot out of the door. BTW, fix the damn hvac!!! Who would want to work under these conditions.

I live in the area and order often. Ordered on a Thursday evening, went to pick up my order and came in to 3 customers with p/u orders and 1 in line waiting to order. There were obviously several employees in back you could hear them chatting, however Harmony was running the front bar ALONE. She was professional, kind and very busy! Why did her team not help her.... She was a rockstar!! She made my food well too!

Everytime I’ve seen her in this restaurant (2-3 times now) she has been very attentive and hard working and a pleasure to order food from.
