Drinks are good and baristas are friendly. The lobby is almost always closed early and some days not open at all. Recommend going elsewhere or calling ahead if you want to use the lobby.
For a Friday morning rush, coffee drink came out quickly. The coffee cake on the other hand, took over 10 minutes. Completely understand they were busy with breakfast sandwiches but there needs to be a better system in place to get out pastry items faster. They were going in order of how it was ordered but maybe look a head at other tickets to see if that would help get them out of the trenches. Plus prices seem to be going up every time we order there. Getting too expensive.
This place is so great. Even though they’re busy and having some issues you can tell the team work well together and are always willing to help you and be kind. I’m however really disappointed in all the other customers here. Majority of them are rude and seem very uptight and privileged. Witnessed a crazy guy in the store today yelling at everyone. So much so someone called the cops. These people bust their butts all the time and I’m just happy some of these friendly faces...
