I haven’t been to a Starbucks in awhile because I find it overly priced bad coffee. I went in this location while my car was in the shop and paid an unbelievable $7.25 for a “Pumpkin Spice Latte” that had zero taste of pumpkin, spice or coffee. Expensive sugar milk really. Comfy place to wait though….

The 2 girls working the afternoon of August 12th were the weirdest starbucks employees I have ever seen. They completely messed up our drinks and then didn’t say a word to us after that. We asked to add things that were missed… Just silence. Really strange experience for starbucks.

Both women showed minimal engagement when picking up an online order. The sandwich ordered was out and I had to ask to get a replacement as the silence with no action on their part suggested I just should walk away and give the Starbucks corp my money for nothing. I get it though. They want to get paid to look at their phones or talk to each other instead of contributing to society.

The service I experienced was subpar. The barista apologized about not paying attention to what I ordered. But it seems they are just trying to rush you out and genuinely don't care except to go socialize and get your drink out rushed so they can go back to socializing. Good food though.

I ordered a short latte with 2 extra shots. Barista did not know what a short size is, even though they have short sized cups. She was confused ("You mean THIS cup?" she asked as she held up the short cup) and then didn't know how to ring it up. (This barista is not new, by the way. She's always here.)"What kind of latte?" she asked repeatedly. Uh, just a regular latte, I responded twice.She seemed annoyed and flustered. Then she charged me for a tall latte with one extra shot, which I'm pretty sure came out to be more expensive than what I ordered.Then she made me a short latte with one extra shot, instead of two extra shots. I took the drink and left, even though I should've pointed out her mistake. I already felt as if I was being a "nuisance" with my "special order."No worries, I'll just go to Atlas like I usually do!
