I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for 5 years and the Wadsworth Chatfield location is consistent with delightful, lovely and helpful staff. Today I was without a vehicle and decided to treat myself to a beverage and pastry delivered via door dash. The ordering process is confusing. I had no idea how many pumps of vanilla syrup needed for a venti drink and it was 1.00 per pump! I’ve never made my drink so I had no clue. I am a frequent customer at this location, and I am always helped by the kindest employee. She's a sweet respectful girl who wears a beanie. I've seen her help other customers and she is amazing! She is one of the reasons I make sure to stop at this location. I'm not sure if she's a manager, but if she's not, she should be!

This location has to be the most personal, and customer friendly Starbucks nationwide. I’m very fortunate that this also happens to be our neighborhood Starbucks that I frequent nearly every morning.
