3 of 4 sandwiches where wrong and missing item from order. went back order mostly re made out of chicken so I had to get a different sandwich oh and got a IMMMM SSSOOOOOOORRRRYYYY. if you cant read the order properly quit if i had accepted as is would have been out over $10.00

As a young employee was making my sandwich an older gentleman was throwing slices of cheese at her, kind of funny when they sit there and ask for a tip when you go to pay unbelievable.

Sunday night, I came into this store at Governor's plaza. Got a meatball sandwich and a Turkey sandwich. And when I got home the meatballs were cold they gave me some kind of different crazy meat sandwich. Not turkey. Tuesday, they gave me absolutely no problem. Whatsoever replacing the sandwiches. They appeared to be fine. No problem with the turkey my son enjoyed it. About 4 hours after eating the meatball sandwich.
I started having a strange feeling In my stomach, I'm seventy eight years old and know when something's up. At about 6 AM, I'm sound asleep with my seat C-pap machine on and oxygen mask over my mouth. I jumped up out of a dead sleep feeling the throw up starting and I was lucky enough to get the mask off and throw up into the garbage can next to my bed. I could have drowned in my own vomit. I don't want to get to detailed but I threw up 3 more times. Then about 9 AM. It started coming out the other end of my body. People can die from food poisoning. I have owned 3 restaurants in Colorado and I know about sanitation and proper food handling. THEY Obviously don't.! The meatballs had to be bad because I ate nothing else the entire day. Now I'm trying to hold down bananas, rice, apple sauce and toast.How exciting. No more Subway for me.

Overall the 2 subs were OK, but the girl with rainbow hair was rude and snippy. Thought it was just me, until she was the same to the 2 customers right after me. Both those ladies looked at me and I said she did the same to me. I love getting talked down to, while I am paying high prices for wraps, no meat only. I almost walked out, but I was too hungry ? and I watched make it. She HATES her job and it shows.
Also the black olives were light grayish, did not look right, so I passed on those.
Spinach was wilty on ends, so passed on that as well...

Steve, Curtis & Kiana were wonderful!! Very kind and patient. My salad is excellent, everything is fresh!! My husband's #10 sandwich was made exactly the way he loves it!!
