“I arrived after work around eleven p m and the cashier for the drive through, it's probably the most polite cashier, I've ever experienced. She's sweet and kind. Does a great job speaking clearly. Even better job covering those promotional request. The food doesn't have to be great for the customer experience to nee awesome.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking right in front of the entrance.“
“With absolutely no disrepect to the employees, but there is a strong language barrier. One of the workers seems to try to do his best, but seems to struggle. Most of the time my order is a little off, but not really worth the trouble unless something of value is not correct. The staff overall are nice. One concern I have, if ordering inside - you may need to wait awhile. The staff are primarily focused on Drive-Thru orders, which is fine - but it would also help if they focused in the dining room as well.“
“It's very rare that I am this impressed with a Taco Bell but this location has gone above and beyond every time I've entered the staff is amazing super kind and always fast to get you your food the food's always delicious there's a Taco Bell located about a mile from my house and I would still rather drive all the way here by my work to get Taco Bell from this store whatever they're doing they're doing right!“
“It was probably as good as a Taco Bell could be.i also saw one of the worst acts by a member of management that I have ever witnessed. A gentleman took our order, was nice, polite, and even pleasant. After we had paid, the member of the management team walked over and reprimanded the worker at the counter, 3 feet in front of us. You have to verify the order! (Which he had done) You have to ask and ask again if they would like to round up. (He didn't do this, but we wouldn't have known if she hadn't said it) Then in front if us she said "I know it's different when they are standing in front of you, but you can't be scared"!!. The worker seemed pretty comfortable to us. He didn't seem "scared." It made my wife and myself kind of uncomfortable. We could see in the worker's face that he was beyond embarrassed. I just don't understand why a leader would do that. She seemed to be showing off or at least flexing her authority. We felt really bad for the worker as did another young couple sitting beside us. We don't eat Taco Bell very often, but everybody has to have some Taco Bell every now and then. We will jit frequent rgus store anytime in the future. With so many Mexican fast food restaurants, with so many choices and most being less expensive than the Bell, I can't see how you can afford to put someone like that in a leadership or training position. Usually, I only review places that I can give at least a good review. Don't think it's necessary to blast a place that may have just been having a bad day. When a leader does something like this, I think it needs to be talked about at least. Sorry for the novel, but she really irked the hell out of me.“
“It’s Taco Bell, you’re getting what you pay for. Just came here to applaud the cashier from last night, Damian. We had a five person order with varying substitutions. Not only was he pleasant and patient but he actually checked the entire order and made sure it was correct before handing it to us. We’re all used to not getting the right order, again it’s Taco Bell, so actually seeing someone commit to getting it right the way he did was refreshing. Great job Damian! Thanks for doing your thing.“
“7/16/24 10PM The Drive thru team were amazing. The chick and the guy were great. They had a great vibe. Don’t have their names but they were awesome. Food was phenomenal as well, Cook knows what he’s doin. Thank you for a stand out experience enough for me to seek out giving you guys a good review.“
