I just received an order with the most pathetic cheesy roll up I've ever seen. it was folded in half with half missing any cheese at all and it's not even melted. And my taco that I ordered supreme is not supreme and is 99% lettuce. I asked for mild sauce and got hot. Lmao what the heck is this? Embarrassing.

Didn't receive my full order. Another time I was handed a warm root beer with no ice, another time they gave me the wrong order, another time I got a Pepsi when I ordered a root beer. They NEVER get it right!! Del Taco, here I come!! This store is horrible!!!

Don't ever order in someone off the kiosk. I watched 40 cars go through the drive through amd 10 customers order at the counter. I had to ask them to see if my order was in and they had to look it up. 35 min later I got my order. missed half the 3rd quarter of bronco game amd i was there 2 min after halftime. Smh Evertime at this tb is nonchalant

It took me 45 mins to get my complete order. I went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 burritos, cinnamon twist, cheesey roll, Cinnabon delights and a drink. It took about 8 min to get through the drive thru. They missed the cinnamon twist so I had to drive back and I waited in line inside for 15 min to tell them. Then it took 20 more minutes for them to grab the cinnamon twist and just hand them to me. No bag or anything. Mind you, it wad half full.

This Taco Bell is like the short cut kings nothing is ever made right orders are not taken right I always have problems here go to the wadsworth location they literally forget something on every item
Seems this location continues to erode. Was in a bit of a rush and made the stop. Waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. Found I was overcharged for items and did not receive half of my order when we got home. What was received was also lacking in quantity and quality (little-to-no ingredients, and hard, dry tortillas). The staff were happily chatting with each other and customer needs appeared to be an annoyance. I understand you’re not making a ton of money and you’d like to be elsewhere, but you could take a little pride in providing a service to patrons.

Went to the drive thru, they got my order wrong. Parked and went inside (the point was to not have to go inside) and they ignored me entirely for a 4 or 5 minutes then finally asked if I had been helped.. I told them no and my food was wrong and gave them the receipt which said what it was not supposed to have on it. They then took my food and didn’t say anything then made my food again and set it down. They made my food the exact same way. I left and went somewhere else. Avoid this TB

Updating my review from years ago, based on multiple visits lately the food has been very good and haven't had it messed up with special orders. Service is faster than it use to be and things are much better.
