Took the family here. The food was okay, but the burgers were definitely not worth the price, nothing fancy or special. Our server was slow and unattentive which made the experience unpleasant.

Fantastic food. This place is classic American West food. Buffalo tastes so good!!!!! The service is fantastic. It's definitely not a casual place. Get a reservation if you want the booth seating. This place is definitely fantastic!!

I am not often impressed by chain restaurants although Ted's always delivers. I have enjoyed everything I have tried (salads, sandwiches, the great pickles they give you when you sit down). And the service is always exceptional. Highly recommend!
We go here often and the food is always fresh and wonderful! The service is awesome! Thankful to have a Ted’s so close to home! Love the Aspen Grove shopping center for some quick shopping before or after!

We had a great server and the food was fantastic. The only problem was the manager was very loud and we could over hear her reprimanding a server near the bathrooms for not getting a big enough time. This totally destroyed the atmosphere for us. On top of this, as they were busy another server dropped off the food at our table and walked away before asking if we needed anything, and we literally had to wait 10 minutes before we could get the attention of another server to get a refill and the condiments we wanted.
We understand that it’s the holidays and the restaurant was busy, but it’s not a cheap place and we expect better service from a premium dining experience.
I’d add the girl greeting us at the reception was also really grumpy, even though we had made a reservation the day before.
We would still come back here, but Ted’s will no longer be at the top of our list for favorite places to go, unless they seriously improve on our next experience.

I had high hopes for Ted’s Montana Grill at Aspen Grove, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. While the menu offers some intriguing options, the execution didn’t live up to the hype.
The food was mediocre at best. My bison burger, which should be their signature item, was overcooked and lacked the flavor I was expecting. The sides were lukewarm, as though they had been sitting out for a while before reaching the table.
Service was another letdown. Although the staff was polite, it took an unusually long time to receive our food despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. It felt like the team wasn’t operating efficiently.
The ambiance was nice, but that alone doesn’t justify the price or the quality of the meal. For the price point, I was expecting a much more refined experience.
Ted’s Montana Grill has potential, but they need to focus on consistency in food quality and timeliness in service to match the expectations they set with their brand. I’ll think twice before returning.
