This place is amazing. Everything I've tried is delicious but my favorites are the chilaquiles with shredded beef and the peach crumble pancakes. They make a delicious pumping spice latte as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!
My wife and I discovered Toast when looking online for breakfast places in Littleton, Colorado. One of the best breakfast burritos you will ever eat. It’s a fancy burrito, big enough to split. If you’re from Denver, you know about Santiago’s green chile burritos—this is the fancy Littleton/Highlands Ranch version and I mean that in a good way. If you don’t like a smothered breakfast burrito, you shouldn’t read any more of my reviews.For those that are not local, you can’t order wrong at Toast. I do miss the location near Denver Seminary!
