The workers here were so friendly, helped me order a quick add-on sandwich to my online order, and labeled all the sandwiches!
I really love the lettuce wrap. I like to chew! It's a different way to eat more lettuce. I like the way it's wrapped in paper, too.
I got a sandwich that was clearly an accident because it was missing most the inside of the sandwich. Called and the manager was so nice he fixed the whole situation. Most people need to call and communicate to have something fixed but most just write a bad review instead. The manager definitely won me back as a customer. Thanks again guys and keep up the hard work!! God bless!

Jimmy John's is a popular sandwich shop known for its fresh ingredients and exceptional customer service. The reviews highlight the restaurant's commitment to quality, with a focus on friendly and straightforward employees. Customers often praise the kindness and patience of staff members, especially those who help with special requests and catering to families with children. Some customers have noted that if extra charges are paid for add-ons like bacon or extra cheese, it’s important to check that they have been included in the order. One customer mentioned paying for bacon on a Beach Club but it was not added, despite searching through the sandwich. The vegetarian options, such as the Number 6 sandwich, are also well-received.
